If you’ve made a deposit or withdrawal but the funds haven’t appeared in your account, there are two main reasons that could explain the delay:
- Insufficient network confirmations
Most blockchain transactions require a certain number of confirmations before the funds are credited to your account. The number of required confirmations depends on the network.
You can check the status of your transaction using a blockchain explorer. For example, for Ethereum transactions, visit https://etherscan.io and enter your transaction hash. - Incorrect network selection
If you’ve sent funds using a network we don’t support (e.g., sending via BEP-20 to an ERC-20 address), the transaction cannot be processed, and unfortunately, the funds are likely lost. These transactions are typically irreversible, and we won’t be able to recover them.
If your transaction has enough confirmations and was sent using a supported network but the funds are still not reflected, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
