There is not much that can be done about it. We don't control the reaction to the code that you are entering. You are entering the code, it is getting sent to the 2fa service and compared with the factual code on the server (in the case of Google authentication - Google servers).  The common reason why when you're entering the code, you see the error "invalid code" is you are entering an incorrect code, or you are entering a code not timely. Can I reinvest my payouts?

 Your profit depends on 2 factors: 1) the amount of your investment 2) the time your savings account is open. At the moment, we offer 3 periods: 30, 60 and 90 days. How much can I earn?

 If you want to close your crypto savings before it expires, there's a fee to be paid.Fee % depends on the time, when you close your savings. In the example above, it's been 79 days since the savings has been opened, so if we close it now, a 1% fee from the initial investment is applied.   As a result, after the savings is closed, you will get back your initial investment + profit earned minus early redeem fee.

 Sometimes when you want to withdraw your crypto from our platform, you may see that there's a deferred fee to be paid. What's that, and how can you avoid paying it?  This fee is applicable only to the amount of crypto you purchased initially via our platform for fiat. By default, its size is 4%. However, there's a condition to make it 0: you need to hodl the amount of crypto you purchased for 90 days. Let's take an example.  We purchased 300 USDT for USD using our bank card via our platform. Now we want to withdraw 600 USDT. In this scenario, a 4% fee is applicable to 300 USDT only (i.e., 12 USDT). Yet you can open a savings account with a total duration of 90 days, and after that period, when you withdraw the funds, the fee will be 0. Also, we want to highlight that the fee is dynamic, which means that the fees will be reduced as the duration of your active savings passes. Hence, if you have had your savings account opened for 45 days and want to withdraw the crypto you purchased with us, the fee will be 6 USDT (half of the initial amount). Below are some more points to take into account:   - you can open multiple savings with a total amount equal to the purchased crypto with us  - total duration of active savings must equal or exceed 90 days. Please note that the system counts only actual days passed, so opening a saving for 90 days does not mean the fee is reduced immediately.  Collateral refers to a certain amount of crypto, taken by the HEXN platform to secure the loan.  Loan amount refers to the amount of crypto that are to be returned to the HEXN platform (inlc. charged percentages).  LTV stands for Loan-to-Value. It’s the total value of your loan to the value of your collateral. The value is determined by the index price. For example, we want to borrow 21k USDT, our collateral is 1 BTC. Provided that the BTC price is 30k, LTV would be 70% (21k/30k*100%).  Loan liquidation occurs in the event, when the current Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio reaches the set threshold (indicated as a liquidation price).  Liquidation price is the price, at which the HEXN platform liquidates the loan.  Repay option of the loan means, that the loan will be closed, and the collateral will be returned to the balance, provided that the loan amount is returned.  Liquidate option of the loan means, that the collateral used will be sold. A part of it will be used to cover (or repay) the loan, and the rest what’s left will be credited to the balance.

What is your liquidation fee?

 The interest is charged on the next day for the previous one. For example, you borrowed 100 USDT on Monday. The interest will be charged at night on Tuesday. Important to note! When you repay the loan, the interest is charged for the day, when you repay the loan as well.  The basis to calculate the size of the interests is set to the loan amount (incl. its changes during the day).  Because there's no fixed date when to repay the loan, as well as the loan amount can be changed at any time from your side, we use a compound interest formula to calculate daily interest.
